Responsibilities

• Write 3–4 engaging articles per week on topics related to music, artists, albums, concerts, music videos, and industry trends across genres (pop, hip-hop, indie, K-pop, etc.).

• Research trending topics in the music world and pitch creative story ideas.

• Conduct interviews with musicians, producers, and industry professionals when required.

• Ensure accuracy, originality, and high editorial standards in all content.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to curate and refine articles before publication.

• Assist in content repurposing for social media platforms (short-form captions, teasers, etc.).

Requirements

• Strong writing and research skills with an engaging storytelling style.

• Passion for music journalism, pop culture, and digital media.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with SEO, WordPress, or other content management systems is a plus.

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of journalism, communications, media studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Previous writing experience (published work, blog, or portfolio) is a plus, but not mandatory.
