Music Teacher

As a Music Teacher at Crimson School, your role is to engage and inspire students in Grades 1 to 5 through interactive and creative music lessons. You should have a strong foundation in music education, the ability to teach vocal and instrumental music, and a passion for working with young children. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging music classes for students in Grades 1 to 5. - Teach basic music theory, rhythm, and notation in a fun and interactive manner. - Introduce students to various musical instruments and encourage their participation. - Lead group singing activities and teach age-appropriate songs. - Prepare students for school events, performances, and competitions. - Foster creativity and a love for music among young learners. - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Maintain a disciplined and encouraging classroom environment. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field. - Experience: Prior experience teaching music to young children is preferred. - Skills: - Proficiency in singing and playing at least one musical instrument. - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching methods. - Patience and ability to work effectively with young children. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Music Education or relevant courses. - Experience in organizing school concerts and performances. - Ability to integrate technology into music lessons.
