As the Museum Director at Adani Group, you have the unique opportunity to lead the creation of a groundbreaking museum in Ahmedabad. Your role involves conceptualizing and visualizing the vision for the museum, building a world-class team, creating a thriving institution within the museum, handling marketing and communications, as well as overseeing facility management. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing & Visualizing the Vision for the Museum: - Work closely with the promoters & key stakeholders to develop and refine the vision of the museum. - Develop the strategic direction and establish initiatives for a progressive & ever-evolving museum. - Visualize and execute the vision of the museum end-to-end. - Building a World-Class Team: - Get the right agencies, institutions, and people working on the development of the museum. - Lead a team of curators and researchers to gather the required data and curate the museum according to the vision. - Direct policymaking, planning, staffing, and operations. - Creation of a Thriving Institution within the Museum: - Create engaging programs and events to attract a diverse audience and foster a love of learning and innovation. - Develop relationships with foundations, corporations, artists, and individual service providers/donors. - Direct the museum's operations, including education and public programming. - Marketing & Communications: - Serve as the spokesperson and chief advocate for the Museum. - Enhance the Museum's public image to expand interest and support. - Direct the overall development of public relations and marketing initiatives. - Establish strong community partnerships to generate traction for the Museum. - Set up directions for the website/APP/WAP for the Museum and oversee execution. - Facility Management: - Manage, secure, and maintain the property and facilities of the Museum. - Administer day-to-day museum director duties such as research and collection maintenance.
