Multimedia Designer

Job Summary

Noxuz is looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to manage all visual content for our gym. The role involves creating engaging graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets to promote our brand, memberships, events, and wellness programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and wellness, understands social media trends, and can translate ideas into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), website, emails, and print materials.
• Create promotional materials such as banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and in-gym signage.
• Produce high-quality videos for fitness tutorials, event promotions, member testimonials, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with brand identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media and ensure all content meets quality standards.
• Edit photos and videos for clarity, impact, and professionalism.
• Stay updated with design trends, multimedia tools, and fitness industry aesthetics.
• Collaborate with trainers, sales, and operations teams to produce content highlighting services, classes, and member experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
• Proven experience in multimedia design, video editing, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,961.06 - ₹20,057.57 per month
