Role Description This is a full-time Sales Head role located on-site in Kochi. The Sales Head will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing business-to-business sales operations, including prospecting, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. What You Will do Drive bulk sales of recycled plastic furniture and tiles to government bodies, real estate developers, and corporates Build relationships with municipal bodies, Smart City missions, and CSR teams Identify and manage tender opportunities (RFPs/RFQs, GeM, CSR projects) Develop a strong partner network of contractors, vendors, and channel associates Coordinate with operations for customization, delivery, and client success Qualifications 3–8 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales of furnitures or building materials. Exposure to government sales / tendering process / empanelment. Existing network in municipal bodies, real estate, and infra companies. Proven track record in project-based or solution selling.
