Multi Technician

The Multi Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility maintenance. You will need proactive problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and performing necessary repairs. Additionally, you will repair plumbing systems, conduct HVAC maintenance, and maintain building infrastructure through tasks such as painting, carpentry, and basic construction. Safety is a top priority in this role, and you must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities. Conducting risk assessments before starting repair work and reporting any safety hazards or violations to the supervisor are essential aspects of this position. As a Multi Technician, you will also be required to maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs, prepare reports on completed work and equipment status, and log preventive maintenance activities and parts used. Providing technical support by assisting in the installation and setup of new equipment, collaborating with other technicians and engineers, and offering technical guidance to junior staff when needed are part of your responsibilities. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs, basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems, the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required. HVAC Certification, Electrical License, or other relevant technical certifications are preferred.
