Multi Technician

The Multi-Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational reliability, safety, and maximum uptime of a wide range of amusement equipment. This role involves preventive maintenance, immediate troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including bowling lanes, go-karting systems, arcade machines, and virtual reality (VR) setups.

Key Responsibilities1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Bowling Equipment:

Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pinspotters, ball return systems, lane surfaces, and electronic scoring systems.

• Go-Karting Systems:

Conduct daily safety checks and maintenance of go-karts, including chassis, motors, batteries, steering systems, track barriers, and timing systems.

• Arcade & VR Equipment:

Diagnose and repair issues related to power supply, wiring, control interfaces (joysticks, buttons), monitors, PC hardware, and proprietary gaming or VR software.

• General Systems:

Maintain and troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, audio equipment, and minor facility-related repairs.

2. Operational Support & Safety

• Preventive Maintenance:

Execute a structured preventive maintenance (PM) schedule to reduce equipment downtime, with strong emphasis on safety-critical components.

• Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, spare parts used, and equipment performance history.

• Spare Parts Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts such as bowling pins, electrical components, and go-kart consumables, and raise timely procurement requests.

• Safety Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance work and repaired equipment strictly adhere to applicable safety standards, operational guidelines, and internal policies.

3. Collaboration & Training

• Vendor Coordination:

Work closely with external service providers and specialized technicians for advanced repairs, upgrades, or system overhauls.

• Staff Support & Training:

Provide basic technical guidance and training to operations and floor staff on correct equipment usage, daily checks, and minor troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements1. Education

• Minimum Qualification:

12th Grade (Higher Secondary Education) – Mandatory

• Preferred Qualification:

Diploma or certification (ITI / Polytechnic) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

2. Skills & Attributes

• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic electronic systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different types of specialized amusement equipment.
• Good physical stamina to handle demanding tasks such as lifting heavy parts, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to minimizing operational downtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
