Role Overview:

A unique 6-month performance-based role for a dynamic fresher. You will be the face of the institute at the front desk, the tech-support for our online sessions, and the first point of contact for student guidance. Prove your ability in this challenging multi-tasking environment and secure a long-term career with us. This is a multi-tasking role, combining front office management, IT support for online sessions, and basic student counselling. Candidates will be given the opportunity to prove their ability under a challenging environment with scope for long-term consideration.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Management:

• Handle front office desk, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls.
• Maintain visitor/student records and provide timely information.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings and counselling appointments.

IT Assistance:

• Set up and manage online training sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams.
• Provide technical support for online/offline classes (AV setup, troubleshooting).
• Assist with basic IT-related tasks during academic programmes.

Counselling Support:

• Assist students and parents with course-related queries.
• Provide first-level guidance on admissions and programme structures.
• Escalate queries to senior counsellors/management where required.

Candidate Profile (Fresher Only)

• Proficiency in Malayalam communication (spoken ) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle reception desk professionally.
• Basic knowledge of operating and setting up online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic academic environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities under supervision.

Engagement Terms

• Initial 6-month role to prove capability under challenging conditions.
• Performance evaluation at the end of 6 months for further consideration.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
