Multi Skill Technician (MST)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skill Technician to perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to optimal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production or facility equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Log and report maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist in facility upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Work with contractors and vendors when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or multi-skill tradesperson.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in standing, bending, and crouching positions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (indoor, outdoor, hot, cold).

Preferred Certifications (Not Required):

• Electrical License
• HVAC Certification
• OSHA or safety training certifications
• Forklift or equipment operation licenses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
