Location: Residential Society/ Shela Job Summary: The Multi Skill Technician will be responsible for carrying out repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks related to plumbing and electrical systems within the residential society. The candidate should also have basic computer knowledge to log complaints and update maintenance records. Key Responsibilities: Perform repair, maintenance, and installation work for plumbing systems (taps, pipes, drainage, water supply lines, etc.). Carry out repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems (lighting, wiring, switches, sockets, and panels). Attend and resolve resident complaints within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) . Maintain records of work completed and update the complaint management system using a computer or mobile app. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems are in good working condition. Coordinate with the facility management team and vendors for material requirements or major repair work. Follow all safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related technical field. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in building or residential maintenance. Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Basic computer knowledge (email, complaint logging, MS Excel, or facility management software). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred: Experience working in residential societies, apartments, or facility management companies.
