Job Purpose - RWS are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join the internal integrations team. You would be working on a number of our strategic transformation programmes designing and delivering key integrations whilst helping ensure our production platform continues to support critical business processes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new functionality in alignment with Group Architecture standards. Lead and support a small team of in-house developers, fostering collaboration and growth. Troubleshoot production issues, debug, and resolve defects efficiently. Analyze change requests and help refine technical requirements. Participate in and occasionally lead design and code reviews. Document MuleSoft applications clearly and thoroughly. Promote and implement best practices in development and integration. Plan proactively to ensure our integrations evolve alongside the MuleSoft platform. Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years experience delivering integrations using the MuleSoft platform, preferably with a particular focus on the following: Test driven development using MUnit. Reliability patterns using Anypoint MQ or another message-based platform. Cloud based deployments. RAML. MuleSoft API Manager MuleSoft Exchange MuleSoft Design Centre Able to communicate well verbally and in writing with individuals from different teams with different levels of technical expertise. Excellent problem-solving ability. Able to work in a global team. Understanding of the full development cycle (within agile working practices desirable). Comply with coding standards and procedures. Interested in learning new technologies.
