Job Title: MuleSoft Technical Lead (Solution Architect)

Location: Pan India - Hybrid (Should be comfortable working in 5am

shift).

Experience Required: 8+ years in Integration Domain, with minimum 6 years hands-on with MuleSoft

Role Overview

Were looking for a MuleSoft Technical Lead who can architect and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role demands deep expertise in MuleSoft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration designs.

Youll be responsible for leading solution design, reviewing code, building POCs, and ensuring governance across the integration lifecycle. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to document solutions in Confluence, write Jira features, and create story maps that drive clarity and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Lead end-to-end solution design for MuleSoft-based integrations
• Create high-level and low-level design documents with clear data flow, error handling, and security considerations
• Build reusable assets and frameworks to accelerate delivery
• Technical Leadership
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
• Review code for quality, scalability, and compliance with design
• Build proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches or technologies
• Project Execution & Governance
• Ensure proper governance across environments (dev, QA, prod)
• Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues across systems
• Documentation & Agile Delivery
• Document solution architecture and decisions in Confluence
• Write Jira features and break them down into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain story maps to visualize delivery progress and dependencies
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with business analysts, product owners, and other architects to align requirements and priorities
• Present solutions to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in the Integration domain, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager)
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and microservices architecture
• MuleSoft certifications (Architect – MCIA/MCPA)
• Experience with RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft connectors
• Solid grasp of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS), error handling, and logging strategies
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
• Experience writing technical documentation in Confluence
• Proficient in Jira – feature writing, story mapping, backlog grooming.
