Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Implementation Specialist. Your role will involve implementing Dynamics 365 F&O supply chain modules, conducting workshops, managing system integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of supply chain modules in Dynamics 365 F&O, such as procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation management. - Design tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices. - Manage configuration and setup of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet client requirements. - Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions. - Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain processes, providing guidance to stakeholders. - Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business goals. - Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party systems using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Data Management Framework (DMF), or APIs. - Manage the supply chain workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. - Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. - Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization. - Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&O. - Monitor and resolve performance issues in supply chain modules. Qualification Required: - Experience: - 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on supply chain modules. - Proven expertise in inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, and transportation management. - Demonstrated experience with system integrations, APIs, OData, and Azure Logic Apps. - Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and industry best practices. - Familiarity with data migration techniques and the Data Management Framework (DMF). - Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
