Job Description

Job Summary:

MSBI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL packages using
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
.
Create and manage reports and dashboards using
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
.
Develop and maintain OLAP cubes and data models using
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI solutions.
Perform unit testing and support UAT processes.
Document technical specifications and maintain version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in MSBI development.
Strong proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting BI solutions.
Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications in BI or SQL Server.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
