Job Description

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in MS365 services, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance tools, with a strong focus on migration, automation, and governance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations.
Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Proven experience with MS365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in an M&A environment.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Strong understanding of MS365 security, compliance, and governance best practices.
Familiarity with third-party migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest, BitTitan, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, AZ-104) are highly desirable.
Experience with Intune, Defender for Office 365, and compliance center configurations.
Previous experience in IT consulting or enterprise-level M&A integrations.
