Shift Details: 5 Days/ Rotational

Education Criteria: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/CS/IT (Other Streams not considered) OR MCA.

Certification: At least one Security certification PMP/ITIL Expert/CISA/CISM/CISSP OR Tool Based Certification.

Requirement Brief : We are looking for a resource with minimum 5 years experience with Palo Alto administration experience, client is not considering candidates with ticketing/operations experience.

• Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in 3 or more areas of security like Firewalls: Checkpoint or Palo Alto or Fortinet or Cisco / Web ATP: Palo Alto / Firewall Rule Analyser: Algo Sec / Network Intrusion Prevention System (NIPS): Cisco / Malicious IP Blocking: Net Scout.


• Firewall Policy Management.


• Review Firewall change request based on security standards set by the customer.


• Monitoring network security devices for any potential outages.


• Communicate with vendors in case required any support to fix operation issues.


• Analyze the triggered alarms in the NIPS/ATP and report to customer.


• Daily ticket management (change/service request)


• Handling the incident as per SLA


• Need to take backup for all SOC devices on daily basis and need to move the backup to external storage.


• Firewall policy optimization & fine tuning based on the Algosec firewall analyser.


• Maintain the firewall policy security rating above 95%


• Perform version upgradation, patch update & SOC device restoration.
