This is a remote position.

Job Role: MS Excel Trainer (Basic to Advanced) TS / Industry Cloud & Digital

Position: Freelance

Department: TS Industry Cloud and Digital

Mode: Online

Experience: 3-8 years in Corporate Excel Training

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training sessions on MS Excel (Basic to Advanced modules) for corporate learners.
Conduct hands-on exercises, practical case studies, and real-time business scenarios.
Train participants on data cleaning, reporting, automation, and Excel-based analytics used in IT & Cloud environments.
Customize training materials based on industry requirements and learner skill levels.
Assess participants progress through assignments, quizzes, and project tasks.
Provide post-training support, doubt-clearing sessions, and feedback analysis.
Prepare and update training content, presentations, lab exercises, and reference material.
Ensure effective engagement, clarity, and practical implementation of Excel skills relevant to Tech, Cloud, and Digital Transformation projects.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in MS Excel Basic to Advanced, including:
- Formulas & Functions (Logical, Text, Date, Lookup, Math, Financial, Statistical)
- Data Cleaning & Data Validation
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- What-If Analysis, Scenario Manager
- Excel Tables, Sorting, Filtering
- Advanced Charting
- Power Query (Get & Transform)
- Power Pivot, Data Modeling
- Macros & VBA (Basics/Intermediate)
Good understanding of reporting formats commonly used in Cloud & Digital industry.
Ability to integrate Excel skills with Industry Cloud & Digital workflows.
