MS Engineering Ops - Associate(Analyst) - JD Edwards E1 Purchase Functional Consultant - Operate

Role Overview: At PwC, you will be part of the managed services team focusing on providing outsourced solutions and support to clients across various functions. Your role involves helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering high-quality services to clients. Specifically, in managed service management and strategy, your responsibilities will include transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. Your work will revolve around continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level guidance and support in JD Edwards E1 Finance, Purchasing, and Homebuilder modules for the 9.2 release. - Carry out Production Support of Global E1 Instance, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, root cause investigation, problem resolution, and communication with customers. - Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements. - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using JD Edwards E1. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement, to support business objectives. - Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders, providing updates and insights. - Stay updated with the latest JD Edwards E1 updates, features, and best practices. - Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Functional Consultant. - Strong background in Finance, Purchasing, and Homebuilder modules. - Experience in transitioning and supporting JD Edwards 9.2 version from a Worldsoft environment. - Flexibility to work night shifts to support global operations.
