Job Description

As a Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in providing proactive identification and resolution of technical incidents and problems for clients. Your responsibilities include: - Performing necessary checks, applying monitoring tools, and responding to alerts promptly - Identifying problems and errors in a timely manner and logging incidents with detailed information - Assisting in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls - Investigating third line support calls to identify root causes of incidents and problems - Reporting and escalating issues to 3rd party vendors when necessary - Providing onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients - Conducting monthly reviews of incidents and service requests, analyzing and recommending quality improvements - Providing continuous feedback to clients and updating systems as required - Proactively identifying optimization opportunities, including automation possibilities - Performing any other related tasks as needed Your knowledge and attributes should include: - Effective communication and collaboration across different cultures and social groups - Strategic planning and adaptability to changing circumstances - Maintaining a positive outlook and working well under pressure - Active listening techniques and client-centric approach - Ability to work hard and put in extra hours when necessary In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing - CCNP or equivalent certification - M365 Expert/Intermediate Certifications - Certifications relevant to the services provided, which carry additional weightage Your required experience should involve: - Seasoned experience in Engineering within a medium to large ICT organization - Knowledge of Managed Services and ITIL processes - Experience working with vendors and 3rd parties - Excellent understanding of voice, video, and collaboration modalities NTT DATA is a global innovator in business and technology services, committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
