Job Description

Job Title: Senior Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Page Portal Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in Sales and Service modules, hands-on expertise in portal development using power pages, and extensive integration experience. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Power Page portal development, including design, configuration, customization, and deployment. - Build and develop Power Page-based portals from scratch. - Perform third-party integrations through APIs - Perform MS Active Directory integration to fetch user data from the enterprise directory - Understand, implement and customize lead management, sales pipeline management, opportunity qualification, sales forecasting, and other standard Sales module functionalities. - Understand and implement key Field Service modules, including self-service capabilities, work order management, field service mobile capabilities, automated communications, remote resolution, advanced reporting etc. - Ability to incorporate new features such as Copilot and Power Platform to drive productivity improvements - Understand and implement Azure logic apps, functions, batch jobs and integration capabilities. Qualifications - 6-9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Page-based portal development. - Extensive experience in API-level integrations, including third-party integrations - Solid understanding of MS Dynamics 365 Sales module functionalities. - In-depth knowledge of Field Service capabilities - Awareness about new features like Copilot and Power Platform. - Experience with Azure batch jobs and application integrations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service or Portal development - Knowledge of industry-specific best practices is preferred.
