Job Description

Must have a good exposure in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sure Step Methodology. Analyze the Client existing business process, conduct awareness training to the core business team members, and identify the fitment of Gaps & Gathering.
Aware of Configuration of All Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Tax and Fixed Assets.
Knowledge on entire setup and testing in finance modules including GL, AP, AR, cash and Bank Management, Fixed assets.
Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents and Functional requirement Documents.
Experience in understanding clients business process and taking necessary actions and must be involved in User trainings.
Knowledge on Cash & Bank Management Module and also on Bank Reconciliation Process.
Must have knowledge on Functional testing and Fit-Gap Analysis.
Good Knowledge on troubleshooting the tickets and must have good communication skills.
