As an MS CRM / .NET Lead, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (versions 3.0 through Dynamics 365 Online). - Design, develop, and deploy plug-ins, custom workflows, and web resources. - Manage security roles, business units, and access controls within the CRM ecosystem. - Architect and implement web portals and backend systems using C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC), .NET Core, and Web API. - Integrate third-party systems and APIs (Genesys, VICI, SharePoint, Azure) with CRM and .NET-based services. - Develop modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, KnockoutJS, and jQuery. - Execute ETL operations using T-SQL, SSIS; support data migrations and CRM upgrades. - Support mobile and real-time features using Cordova, Xamarin, and SignalR. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and ensure performance optimization. - Coordinate deployment, UAT, and go-live support across environments. Your core skillset should include proficiency in the following areas: - CRM Platforms: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0/2011/2013/2015/2016, Dynamics 365 Online - Backend: C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web Forms), .NET Core, Web API - Frontend: JavaScript, Angular v9+, KnockoutJS, jQuery, HTML/CSS - Data & Integration: SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, Azure, SharePoint, Genesys, CTI - Mobile & Realtime: Apache Cordova, Xamarin, SignalR - Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Code Review, Unit Testing, DevOps If you possess over 10 years of experience and are looking for a contract job with immediate joining, this position might be the perfect fit for you.
