Job Description

Your Role

As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This role demands deep technical expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and enterprise applications.

You will be responsible for building advanced AI features that are secure, scalable, and high performing.

In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for AI agent development across the organization.

Your Profile

10+ years of experience in Conversational AI development, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Proficiency in building custom connectors and actions within Power Platform or Logic Apps.

Proven hands on experience in creating solutions leveraging Power automate, Python and low code tech stack.

Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.

Strong understanding of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

Experience with enterprise data connectivity, including Microsoft Graph connectors.
