· Planning and implementation of psychological assessments, creating reports of assessments, psychological treatment plan are the main goals for CP.
· Guiding Case Managers for managing the patients, helping them with the group sessions and also teaching them.
· Therapy session per the designated schedule.
· Conducting psychotherapy session for the allotted patient.
· CP is expected to bring their vibe on the IPD floor engaging with patients directly along with CM, planning any activities or fun filled sessions for patients during evening hours
· Work closely with Senior Resident as a team and take lead in psychological recovery of patients
· To be able to explain the family importance and benefit of staying at Athena from psychological perspective.
