Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Moveworks Expert to lead the implementation and integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM and Workday HR platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Moveworks automation, AI workflows, and seamless integration with enterprise applications, ensuring streamlined IT and HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Moveworks , including configuration, customization, and deployment. Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM and Workday HR , enabling intelligent automation for ticketing, HR queries, and self-service resolutions. Collaborate with ITSM and HRIS teams to understand business processes and map them into automated workflows within Moveworks. Create, manage, and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences using Moveworks NLP capabilities. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during integration and operation. Monitor system performance, handle issues/escalations, and provide post-deployment support. Document configuration and implementation processes, best practices, and knowledge base articles. Train internal teams on Moveworks capabilities and integration outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks (must-have). Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM incident, request, change management modules. Experience integrating Moveworks with Workday HR – HR case management, employee self-service, etc. Proven ability to design and implement AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments. Solid understanding of ITIL processes. Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Moveworks Certification(s) (if available). ServiceNow and/or Workday Certifications. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Exposure to additional enterprise collaboration platforms like Slack, MS Teams, etc.
