Conduct the pre-movesurveyand take into consideration all the client requirements and special circumstances such as window pulling, long carry, etc. Make sure that thesurveyis accurate with regards to the resources required to be allocated
Follow instructions received on the Job Order, from the Customer Service, or from the Manager, Operations. Any deviations, escalations, and concerns should be reported back to the stakeholders immediately
Interact with the client on the job site and follow client's instructions, wherever applicable, to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Take care that no items, no walls, and no floors are damaged in the entire process of packing or unpacking
Talk to the client about transit insurance of items and take the breakup or lump sum as applicable
