Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mould Part Designer with 3 to 8 years of experience in the plastic industry to join our team at our corporate office located at Sector-83, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing molds and parts for plastic manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop moulds and parts for plastic manufacturing using NX software.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Research and develop new designs and technologies to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Ensure products meet functional requirements by designing molds with required features such as vents or gates.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design specifications and changes.

Job Requirements

Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or CIPET.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the plastic industry, preferably in mould design or part design.
Proficient in NX software and possess good knowledge of part and mould design.
Experience in monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Strong research and development skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
