MOTOR OPERATION Sr

Job Description:

We are hiring a Motor Operation Sr to support our motor claims and underwriting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of motor insurance processes and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing motor insurance claims and documentation

• Coordinate with surveyors, garages, and policyholders for claim assessment

• Support the underwriting team in issuing and renewing motor policies

• Perform field visits if required

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in the system

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in motor insurance (freshers may apply)

• Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and claim procedures

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel locally, if required

Preferred: Candidates with a general insurance background
