Motor Manufacturing Head

• Plan, organize, and supervise the manufacturing of motors, including submersible, AC/DC, and other types.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Oversee all stages of production, including winding, assembly, testing, and packaging.
• Develop and implement production schedules, workflow processes, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, machines, and tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and manage production team members, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Coordinate with quality control, procurement, and maintenance departments for smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on production performance, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
