motor and Controller repair Technician

We are hiring a skilled Motor Controller Repair Technician with hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and testing EV controllers, DC/DC converters, BMS boards, and related electronics. The ideal candidate should understand PCB-level work, soldering, and fault tracing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot EV motor controllers (various brands & models).
• Perform PCB-level repairs, component replacement, and testing.
• Work on DC-DC converters, BMS, throttles, and EV wiring if required.
• Use testing machines, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain service reports, repair logs, and quality-check documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical and warehouse teams for parts availability.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of motor controller circuits (24V–72V / 250W–3000W).
• Ability to identify electrical faults, dry solders, burned components, and MOSFET failures.
• Proficiency in soldering / desoldering SMD & through-hole components.
• Understanding of BLDC motors, BMS, and EV electronics.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and data entry.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Candidates with practical repair experience in EV sector will be preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in motor controller or PCB repair.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
