Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motivational Speaker based in Taliparamba. The Motivational Speaker will engage with students and staff to deliver inspiring and meaningful presentations aimed at empowering individuals to achieve their potential. The role involves mentoring and coaching individuals, conducting training programs, and fostering a positive environment that drives personal and professional growth. The speaker will collaborate with teams to devise effective motivational strategies and represent the organization in various workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Motivational Speaking and Life Coaching to inspire and empower diverse audiences
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with individuals and groups
• Experience in Coaching and Training to facilitate personal and professional development
• Ability to connect with and adapt to audiences across cultural and educational backgrounds
• Prior experience in the education or consulting sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; certifications in coaching or speaking are advantageous
