Motivational Speaker

Objective of the Role:

To inspire, train, and empower students of Presidency College to develop the essential Future Ready Skills required for personal growth, academic excellence, and employability in a rapidly evolving professional world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions and motivational workshops on the theme “Learn, Lead & Launch.”
• Facilitate learning on core future skills, including:
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Communication and collaboration
• Creativity and innovation
• Emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Leadership and teamwork
• Digital literacy and self-branding
• Design engaging activities, case studies, and discussions that help students apply the concepts practically.
• Motivate students to build a growth mindset, career vision, and goal-oriented habits.
• Assess and provide feedback on students’ participation and learning outcomes.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
