SWIS Foundation is an Indian non profit organisation dedicated to fostering sustainable and inclusive social development in India. Its mission is supported by a structured, capacity-building approach along with expert mentorship and a focus on measuring impact. Organized into three specialized divisions—Centre for Social Awareness & Action (CSAA), Centre for Social Impact & Innovation (CSII), and Centre for Civil Administration & Engagement (CCAE)—SWIS addresses critical aspects of the social development ecosystem.

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Volunteer who can turn ideas into engaging motion visuals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about animation, storytelling, and digital media. This role is ideal for students pursuing Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation or related fields who want hands-on experience in animation and video creation through a live project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, if required.
• Design animated elements, transitions, icons, and illustrations

Eligibility:

• Students pursuing Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, Media Science, or related courses
• Freshers with strong animation portfolios an also apply
• Must have a creative mindset and willingness to learn

Required Skills

• Proficiency in animation & editing tools like:
• Adobe After Effects (highly preferred)
• Adobe Animate
• Blender (optional)
• Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to create basic 2D motion graphics and basic 3D animations
• Understanding of timing, movement, and storytelling principles
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail and visual sense
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
