Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

At NEM, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator who specialises in motion graphics and live action video content to join our team. You’ll play an essential role in producing engaging, on-brand video content for our clients, working remotely with a dynamic and innovative team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in video editing and content creation, with a knack for storytelling and a keen understanding of social media trends. You should be able to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  Produce high-quality video content from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand tone and client objectives.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the team to develop creative strategies, concepts, and execution for new projects.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay updated with industry trends and social media nuances to keep content fresh and engaging.

• Communication:

  Gather project briefs from clients and ensure clear, timely communication with both clients and team members.

• Timely Delivery:

  Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule.

• Creative Briefs:

  Develop and submit creative/media briefs for each project, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Strong proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
• Creative mindset and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail and quality along with typography and design skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and clients.
• Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection.
• Must be fluent in English.
• A good understanding of major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including at least a basic knowledge of algorithms, uses and trends)
• Strong research skills.
• You must be scrappy and should be adaptive to speed
• Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio of previous video and content creation work.
• Interest in Web3 and emerging industries.
• Artistic pursuits in any medium, demonstrating a creative and independent spirit
• If you know how important it is to understand and maintain good relations with the client and inspire growth, our thoughts would align well.

Location: While we are a remote-first team, there will be opportunities to meet the team and some of our clients through the year.

CTC: Rs. 25,000/month
