Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, animations, and videos. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, storytelling, and using motion graphics to captivate audiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, reels, and short-form content for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to conceptualize and produce impactful video content.
• Design storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments to align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Edit and enhance existing video content with motion elements, transitions, and visual effects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, video content, and design tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring consistency in brand communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema4D/Blender is a plus).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual stories.
• Strong sense of timing, motion, and storytelling.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
