Job Description

Position Title: Motion Graphics Designer Location: Mysuru - On-site Experience: 1- 3 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with animation techniques, including keyframe animations and simple text effects. Understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, and typography. Basic video editing and graphic design skills. Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn and adapt to feedback. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with guidance. Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Motion Graphics & Animation: Create simple yet engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, branding, and marketing videos. Assist in creating animated text, transitions, and basic visual effects. Support team in video editing and motion graphic creatives. Creative Marketing Collaterals: Design basic marketing materials such as social media posts, brochure, flyer, self-explanatory videos, and promotional banners for ad copies. Assist in formatting and designing pitch decks and presentations. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, creative ideas. Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute creative projects. Learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
