We are seeking a new Motion graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. To be successful in this position, you ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Coordinating with social team, web designer, paid marketing, and colleagues as necessary.
Communicating with enterprise clients about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of images and videos across multiple formats including social media creatives, paid marketing creatives, web banners, emailers, brand or themed landing pages, event promotions, etc. with designing / motion graphic softwares such as photoshop and after effects.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company and also follow brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Qualifications/Skills:

Demonstrable social media design skills with a strong portfolio.
Understanding of social media posts, paid marketing creatives, website design, brand guidelines, and motion graphics.
Knowledge of Digital creatives CTA, logo placements, color combination, etc.
Flexibility Ability to work under-pressure.
Experience with Desktop publishing tools, graphic design software and motion graphics software.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in graphic design, motion graphics or related field preferred.
4 to 5 years of experience in graphic designing and motion graphics.
Must have social media posts designing, paid marketing creatives and video creation.
Must have good communication, writing and reading skills in English.
Must have agency experience and should have worked for enterprise-clients.
