Motion Graphics Designer

As a Motion Graphics & 3D Animation Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animations and motion graphics for various digital media platforms. Collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and product teams, you will bring stories and concepts to life through visually compelling content. - Design and produce engaging motion graphics and 3D animations for videos, web, presentations, and social media. - Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to visualize animation concepts effectively. - Create visually striking 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings to enhance visual appeal. - Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to ensure a cohesive final product delivery. - Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, motion design, and digital storytelling. - Optimize all animations for various formats (web, mobile, video) to ensure seamless integration. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high creative standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or a related field. - 1+ years of professional experience in motion design and 3D animation. - Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar software. - Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). - Understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics. - Experience with compositing, visual effects, and video editing. - A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D motion design work.
