Role Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging visual stories and animated content for brands and campaigns. You will collaborate with our creative, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute motion graphic projects that resonate with client needs and elevate brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, animate, and deliver high-impact motion graphics and videos for advertising, social media, and digital platforms using Adobe After Effects and complementary tools.
• Interpret briefs and collaborate closely with creative and marketing stakeholders to ensure the intended brand message and vision are communicated effectively.
• Create, edit, and enhance video content by integrating stock images, illustrations, and other creative assets, maintaining brand and strategic alignment.
• Develop interactive elements for websites and digital projects, including GIFs and minor UI animations, ensuring principles of user experience are met.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary

• Pay: ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design, animation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is desired.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, storyboarding, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work productively in cross-functional teams.
