Job Description

Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, including explainer videos, ad films, reels, and product launch videos.
Edit podcasts, event highlights, and social media videos with professional quality and brand alignment. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas, storyboards, and campaign concepts. Work on video and photo shoots, ensuring smooth pre-production and post-production workflow. Optimize videos for multiple formats (9:16, 16:9, square) across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to generate ideas, design assets, and speed up video production.

Required Skills Tools

0 - 1 year internship experience in Notion Graphic Designing
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, and openness to learning emerging AI design/video tools. Strong understanding of video editing techniques, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling. Good sense of color, typography, and design aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
