Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Designer who can take raw video footage and transform it into engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong video editing skills combined with a keen eye for graphic design, storytelling, and animation. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into high-quality short and long-form content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.). Create and integrate motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement. Design and animate visual assets such as titles, intros/outros, lower thirds, infographics, and call-to-actions. Work closely with the content, marketing, and branding teams to maintain consistent visual identity. Select and manage background music, sound effects, and voiceovers. Optimize video formats and dimensions for different social platforms. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent tools). Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram Reels and YouTube content. Experience in adding motion graphics, typography, and animated visuals to videos. Ability to handle end-to-end video production — from raw footage to polished output. Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience with sound design and audio mixing. Knowledge of color grading techniques. Familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma for quick static visuals. Portfolio with examples of short-form and long-form video content.
