Main Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and others to execute dynamic visuals.
• Combine typography, VFX, and sound to enhance the storytelling impact.
• Adapt graphics for multiple screen sizes and formats to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain visual quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables.
• Collaborate in the creative ideation process, offering fresh perspectives and execution ideas.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Work closely with graphic designers, writers, and the creative team to align output with brand goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, motion techniques, and Al design tools.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Freshers with exceptional creativity and a sample portfolio are also welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, animation, and composition.
• Strong organizational and time management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (image-to-video, text-to-video).
• Utilize AI video creation tools to enhance video quality and creativity
• Availability for immediate joining is a plus, though candidates with standard notice periods may also apply.
