Calling all advertising professionals and enthusiasts. Ralph&Das is looking to hire a mid-senior professional for it's account management team (some like to call it client servicing). We are looking at someone who has between 4-6 years of experience. This is a dual role of being the account lead and social media manager for your set of clients. Preferably someone who's worked in a digital agency. We are also open to folks who've spent time in a mainline agency. What we absolutely require is an understanding of advertising and the world associated with it. We are an independent agency trying to maintain a fine line between creating great and effective work for our clients and a safe, fun environment for our employees who have fun in the work that they do. We proudly boast that we don't work late nights and on weekends (except in the rarest of rare occassions). We are now looking to hire an Account Manager or Group Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading social media strategy, and ensuring seamless execution of creative campaigns. Who We're Looking For Has 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or account management, ideally in a mainline or digital advertising agency . Is independent, reliable, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Can lead conversations confidently with clients and internal teams. Has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously , and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. Communicates effectively with creative teams, clients, and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities 🧠 Client & Internal Stakeholder Management Lead all day-to-day communication with assigned clients. Set clear expectations, timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Act as the bridge between internal creative teams and external stakeholders. Handle escalations, feedback, and approvals efficiently. 📅 Strategic Social Media Planning Work with clients and strategists to define content pillars and social media goals. Develop and manage monthly content calendars and social media roadmaps. Align execution with larger campaign or brand goals. 💰 Financial Management & Vendor Coordination Plan and manage campaign budgets in collaboration with clients and vendors. Coordinate with internal or third-party vendors for shoots, production, design, etc. Track vendor payments and campaign costs meticulously. 📊 Performance Reporting & Analysis Oversee or prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports . Ensure reports include meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Coordinate with performance/analytics teams where needed. 📁 Account Ownership Maintain and manage retainers , scope of work documentation, and agency billing trackers. Ensure team adherence to SLAs and maintain high client satisfaction. Mentor and manage a junior account executive who will assist with operations and logistics. Skills & Requirements Strong understanding of social media platforms , trends, and brand storytelling. Experience using tools like Meta Business Manager, Sprout, Hootsuite , or similar. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
