Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and dynamic Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for storytelling through motion. You will be responsible for producing high-quality logo animations, motion graphics, and animated content for client-based projects. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver professional results that align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate engaging motion graphics for:

○ Logo intros/outros

○ Explainer videos

○ Reels and short-form content

○ Client-specific animation requirements

• Collaborate with clients, team leads, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on timely delivery and quality.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and deliver revisions quickly when required.
• Maintain consistency in branding, animation quality, and project execution.

Required Skills:

• Adobe After Effects – Proficient in animation, keyframing, and effects.
• Strong understanding of motion principles – timing, easing, composition, and rhythm.
• Experience with logo animation and brand motion identity.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage pressure, and produce client-ready content.

Optional / Bonus Tools Knowledge:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut – For basic video editing and assembling motion sequences.
• Experience in syncing music, voiceovers, or sound effects.
• Familiarity with social media formats and platform-specific motion content.
