Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-office team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling motion graphics, dynamic animations, and high-quality video content across both long-form and short-form formats.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with production, scripting, and social media teams to craft polished videos tailored to the commercial vehicle and construction equipment niche. Your work will include editing raw footage, building engaging storylines, adding motion graphics, designing text animations, creating seamless transitions, working on sound design, and performing basic colour correction—all aligned with a cinematic and data-driven visual style.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets
• Edit long-format YouTube videos and short-form content such as Reels and Shorts
• Work with raw footage to build smooth, engaging story narratives
• Add text animations, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and basic colour correction
• Create brand-aligned graphic elements and contribute across the video production process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness
• Bring innovative design solutions while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Hands-on experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing
• Graphic Design skills with the ability to create clean, impactful visual elements
• Understanding of video production workflows
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing, brand campaigns, or content marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with the commercial vehicle or construction equipment niche is an added advantage
