Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Animation: • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations and video assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations and internal communications. • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity. • Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content. • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all outputs. Video Editing: • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions and motion graphics to enhance storytelling. • Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives. • Ensure smooth integration of sound, graphics, text and motion elements for a cohesive output. • Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience. Software Proficiency: • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. • Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment. Collaboration: • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, photography, design and digital marketing to develop cohesive multimedia deliverables. • Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine output. Project Management: • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. • Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests. • Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar creative role. • A compelling portfolio/showreel showcasing a strong foundation in motion design and video editing. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro. • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, color theory and typography. • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or multimedia design.
