Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in motion graphic design but also possesses expertise in video editing. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics, animations and video content that effectively communicates our brand message across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations and video assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations and internal communications.

• Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.

• Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

• Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives.

• Ensure smooth integration of sound, graphics, text and motion elements for a cohesive output.

• Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience.

Software Proficiency:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro,

Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

• Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, photography, design and digital marketing to develop cohesive multimedia deliverables.

• Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine output.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

• Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.

• Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

• A compelling portfolio/showreel showcasing a strong foundation in motion design and video editing.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, color theory and typography.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or multimedia design.

Additional Advantage

• Prior experience in production and studio settings will be considered an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
