Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic and motion design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, and branding across various platforms.
