You will play a key role in creating everything from short-form social media content to compelling promos, using a mix of video editing and motion graphics. We're looking for someone who can not only bring stories to life but also push the creative envelope by leveraging AI technology.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Creative Storytelling:

  Edit audio assets and extract key moments to create multiple versions of impactful video content.

• Visual & Audio Integration:

  Seamlessly combine visual elements with audio, ensuring perfect synchronization and a smooth viewer experience.

• Enhancements:

  Use transitions, effects, and motion graphics to elevate the visual quality and impact of our promotional materials.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Assistant Creative Director (ACD) to align your work with the overall creative vision and direction.

• Quality Control:

  Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all videos meet our high standards before they are delivered.

• Adaptation:

  Modify existing assets for different platforms and styles based on performance data and feedback from our marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  At least 3 years of experience in motion graphic design or video editing, ideally in a marketing or advertising environment.

• Portfolio:

  A strong portfolio that showcases your best work in motion graphics and video content.

• Technical Skills:

  Expertise in motion graphic software like

  Adobe After Effects

  and

  Cinema 4D

  . Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop

  is also required.

• Sound & Design Knowledge:

  A basic understanding of sound leveling and design principles.

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  The ability to use performance metrics to inform your editing choices.
