Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Motion Control and Embedded Engineer Intern. The intern will be responsible for designing, programming, and testing embedded systems for agriculture-specific tools. Daily tasks include working on motion control algorithms, microcontroller programming, hardware interfacing, debugging systems, and contributing to the automation of coconut farming equipment. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, or Python programming for microcontrollers
• Knowledge of motion control systems, robotics, or automation technologies
• Experience with embedded system design, hardware integration, and debugging
• Understanding of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and UART
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with agriculture technology or precision farming tools is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields
